AI-Assisted Production We use AI tools — including Claude (Anthropic) and Canva's AI features — as part of our internal production process. These tools may process branding information you provide (such as your business name, bio, and brand preferences) solely for the purpose of producing your order. We do not submit sensitive personal data such as payment details or your clients' information to these tools. Each platform operates under its own privacy policy, linked in the table above.
For clients who receive an Email Marketing Kit as part of their order, branding assets including logo, color palette, and profile image may be used to configure a clonable newsletter template delivered via Brevo. This data is used solely for the purpose of producing your deliverable and is handled in accordance with Brevo's privacy policy.
Data Retention
Branding materials and project files are retained for up to 6 months after delivery and may be deleted thereafter.
Email addresses collected via MailerLite are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Form submissions via Tally are retained for operational and legal reference purposes.
All payment processing is handled directly and securely by Whop. We do not store your payment details
