Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering high-quality, fully branded digital product packs — on time and to standard. Because every order is produced to your specific brand, our refund policy reflects the custom nature of what we make.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
No Refunds After Production Begins
Due to the fully custom and digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued once production has begun.
Production is considered to have begun at the start of your scheduled production date — the date you selected during checkout and confirmed in your intake form.
At that point, work on your specific brand files is underway and cannot be reversed.
Pre-Production Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order before your scheduled production date, the following applies:
Cancellation 72 hours or more before your scheduled start date: You are eligible for a 70% refund of the total amount paid. The remaining 30% is retained as a non-refundable administrative and scheduling fee.
Cancellation less than 72 hours before your scheduled start date: No refund will be issued. Your production slot cannot be reallocated on short notice.

Please include your full name, order details, and scheduled production date.
Non-Delivery
In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your completed product pack within 48 hours of your scheduled production start date — and the delay is caused solely by us — you are entitled to a full refund.
This clause does not apply if the delay was caused by:
Late submission of branding materials (required at least 24 hours before start)
Incomplete or insufficient information provided in your intake form
Force majeure events (see below)
Revisions Are Not Grounds for Refund
Each order includes one (1) round of minor revisions, requested within 48 hours of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the delivered product is not grounds for a refund if the files meet the specifications of your selected product pack and the information you provided.
If you believe there is a material error in your delivery that falls outside the revision scope, contact us directly and we will work to find a fair resolution.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: technical failures, internet outages, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and reschedule your order as soon as possible.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate an eligible refund request, email us at: design.studio@klyveloop.com
Include your name, order reference, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
