About These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Klyve Loop ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Lennis Mariam Gonzalez Ricardo, through klyveloop.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
What You're Purchasing
Klyve Loop sells custom-branded digital wellness resource packs for health and wellness coaches. Each product consists of:
A set of fully produced digital files (PDFs in A4 or US Letter format), selected from our proprietary niche library and branded with your identity elements (logo, color palette, typography, name, and relevant links).
Fully editable Canva source files, delivered via private link.
A non-exclusive, perpetual White Label License to use, distribute, and sell the final PDF files to your own clients and audience.
These are digital products. All files are delivered electronically via Google Drive. No physical goods will be shipped.

Essential Pack — 1 branded niche resource + Email Marketing Suite + Onboarding Kit
Core System — 6 branded niche resources (educational guides, practical programs, and tracking tools)
Premium Full System — Everything in the Core System + Onboarding Kit + Email Marketing Suite + Social Media Marketing Kit + Strategic Implementation Playbook
Completing payment constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and initiates the following steps:
You will be redirected to a confirmation page containing two steps. The first button will take you to your Service Agreement to review and sign. The second step will become available once your signature is complete.
After signing, you will be redirected back to the same page, where the second button will unlock and take you to the Brand Intake Form. There you will submit your branding materials and confirm your scheduled production start date.
Upon completing the intake form, you will be directed to a confirmation page.
A link to your confirmation page will also be sent to your email address at the time of purchase, so you can return to it at any time if needed.
Production does not begin until both the Service Agreement is signed and your branding materials have been received via the intake form.
Production & Delivery
We produce your product pack to order. Once your purchase is confirmed and your branding materials are received, production begins on your scheduled start date.
Your responsibilities before production begins:
To ensure on-time delivery, you must submit all required branding materials — including your logo, color palette, typography, and any relevant links — at least 24 hours before your scheduled start date.
Delivery timeline:
Your completed product pack will be delivered within 48 hours from your scheduled start date, provided all materials were submitted on time.
Late submission:
Failure to submit branding materials on time will result in forfeiture of your scheduled production slot. Your order will be rescheduled to the next available date based on current availability.
Branding Default:
If branding materials are incomplete or insufficient, we reserve the right to apply a neutral, professional house style at our discretion. No additional revisions will be granted on the basis of the default style applied.
Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and materials you submit. We are not liable for errors, typos, or inaccuracies in the final files that result from information you provided.
Corrections arising from your own errors are not covered under the standard revision policy and may incur additional fees.
Revisions
Each order includes one (1) round of minor revisions, requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Minor revisions include: color adjustments, typography corrections, typo fixes, and similar small changes. Major structural changes, content rewrites, or requests that alter the base product design are outside the scope of included revisions and will require a separate agreement and fee.
Intellectual Property & License
Klyve Loop retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying product designs, templates, written content structures, and visual systems used to produce your order.
Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual White Label License to use, distribute, and sell the final branded PDF files to your own audience and clients.
This license does not allow you to:
Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Canva editable links or base templates in any form.
Repackage or resell the materials as editable templates.
Claim authorship of the original underlying design or content structure.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
By completing your purchase, you grant Klyve Loop the right to use visual elements of your delivered product pack for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes — including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
We will never disclose confidential business information, private client data, or proprietary content. If you wish to restrict promotional use of your deliverables, you must request full confidentiality in writing before your production start date. This may be subject to an additional fee.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Klyve Loop's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use our products.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of Jamaica.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
